The Health Club at our institution is a dedicated facility that promotes physical fitness, wellness, and a healthy lifestyle. With a well-equipped multi-gym and an open-air calisthenics park, it supports both strength training and bodyweight workouts in a safe, motivating environment.

Objectives of the Health Club

  • Encourage physical fitness and mental well-being.
  • Provide modern equipment and infrastructure for regular exercise.

  • Support athletic training and physical development.

Facilities Available

1. Multi-Gym (Indoor Facility)
  • Cardio, strength, and resistance training equipment (treadmills, cross-trainers, etc.).
  • Free weights, barbells, benches for customized workouts.
  • Safe and hygienic space with ventilation and flooring.
  • Guidance from trained fitness staff (if applicable).
2. Calisthenics Park (Outdoor Facility)
  • Open-air fitness zone for bodyweight workouts.
  • Pull-up bars, parallel bars, monkey bars, dip stations, core stations.
  • Ideal for endurance, flexibility, mobility, and strength.
  • Group sessions and outdoor fitness culture encouraged.

Access and Timings

The Health Club is open to all students and staff. Separate timings may be arranged for male/female users if needed.

  • Monday to Friday: 6:30 AM – 8:30 AM & 4:30 PM – 7:30 PM
  • Saturday: 6:30 AM – 9:00 AM
  • Closed on: Sundays and Holidays
